2015 Worlds Men Free Skate March 28

Wow, is Voronov going to be the Tomas Verner of the event, and enable Japan and the US to have 3 spots?

OUUUUCCH... Poor Sergei. I find his program was at least well performed as best as all season. Brutal TES score though. Japan's 3 spots are still alive!

A Taiwanese skating fan told me that she was surprised at how fluent Misha is in English and Mandarin. I read up a bit on his profile and he's probably the most international skater, growing up in different countries. He had the advantage of being immersed in the languages but apparently he has a knack for learning language.

Yah Russian and Mandarin, he speaks in family all the time. Below a brief interview of him :

OMG Frank Carroll. I'll never forget the first time I heard him speak...it was so weird, his voice was much higher pitched than I imagined.

And I've just realised...has Russia ended up with only 1 spot again? Because that was a disaster in 2013-2014!

I'll be glad if Spain and Kaz and UBZ get extra placements. It's hard to grow the sport if they don't get spots at international events so they can grow as skaters.

I'm just sad that the Russians, Japanese, American and others might only have 2. I want the best of both worlds I guess.

As long as they don't do like the French federation in ice dance :bang:

I am literally on the edge of my seat for you Denis come on :cheer2:
