I really wanted to like this program, as I love S & G.

I didn't. Not just the jumps. I didn't like most of it.

I was really encouraged by his SP, which I think showed newfound power and strength in basic stroking. This was more of previous programs, including short choppy steps.

So, I like the SP (when I was afraid I wouldn't) and I don't like the LP (and I thought I would). Go figure.
