2018 Four Continents Mens FS

This tells us, the likes of Javi's 2-3 quad program ain't gonna cut it for Olympic GOLD even if they prop him on PCS. Forget Patrick! He can't barely do two, he's out of the conversation.

Hanyu, Shoma, Boyang and Nathan will duke it out for the gold and Vincent might even squeeze in the podium.

I feel like this is sorta redemption for Asian Winter Games.

Cutest podium!

Used to be able to write off Boyang but his PCS is slowly but surely climbing.

From 76-80 range, he got 42 in SP (equals to 84 in FS) and now 85 in FS.

Jason looks so happy. I am really glad he is closing out his season like this instead of the disappointment of nationals.

I think it's refreshing that the 'original' Quadster is BACK, because Nathan Chen so overshadowed him in the last two seasons. For the Olympics I think that probably Javier has now the biggest reason to panic, of those who have their eyes on the medal.

J6 anti-Boyang.

J9 pro-Boyang.

Yeah, those are two extremes. 7.00 for CO is closer to what it should be that 9.50, but 7.75 for PE is way too harsh.

I was surprised at how low some of Shoma's PCS was for just one major visible error. And the < call on the 4L denied him the gold in the end. But really, Jin totally deserved the win, so it all worked out.

Something i wonder: Is it conscious for you to use some skaters first names and some skaters last names? (You're not the only one of course)

So Shoma got second here, which means people will act surprised when he wins the Olympics next month. I'm not that into boyang's program and might have put him second in pcs.

Han..

Boyang >> Nathan, IMO
