Things I am NOT looking forward too OTOH - Maksym's cleavage taken from 2000 Ballroom tournament, dipping low like temperature in winter

Morozov/Bagin - very slow and laboured, flat and choppy on pattern steps, she sure is having time of her life performing (judging from expression), but the execution & technicalities are a struggle. 54,51 pts (1 out of 1)

Wagret/Souquet - way more fluisity and more speed comparing to Morozov/Bagin, nice curve lift with position change, quite nice performance qualities and effort shown. Just saw they have Maria Mena's song for FD - major props! 55,76 pts (1 out of 2), always a pleasure to see Olivier Schoenfelder in K'n'C

I hope Popova/Mozgov are doing well, although I don't find them quite as vibrant as I used to, but this might be due to me finding a range of other Russian dance couples quite exciting at the moment.

Popova/Mozgov - lots of 'drama' face and attitude from Betina as usual, nice, powerful carriage, especially from his side, strong twizzles in the music, quite good coverage on the pattern, just a tad slow/apart from each other at places. I am a bit concerned though at Betina's lack of movement finish, everything seems too rushed...They have their strength, rather powerful presentation, just lacking finesse and polish I'd say. Troubles on lift dismount, making it look messy...61,84 pts (1 out of 3)

Muller/Dieck - quite solid, but pretty non-descript performance, missing that personalized spark. Nice twizzles to open, a bit apart and slow in the pattern - overall, just lacking polish, quality in execution. 61,12 pts (2 out of 4)

Don't make me laugh Judges! 61 points for Popova/Mozgov when he stumbled in the TR steps and nearly dropped her in the Lift? It should still count as a ded as she had 2 hands on the ice. A case of Skating whilst Russian, methinks.

Koch/Nuchtern - performance I liked the most out of all already done, maybe not like super into character and the music not that 'sophisticated', but this program has its charm for me, they looked into it. Solid on elements (twizzles, pattern, step sequence, stationary lift), nice on expression. 65,70 pts (1 out of 5)

Kaliszek/Spodyriev - very nice stationary lift to start, nicely into the music, to set the tone, wobbles from Natalia on 2nd set of twizzles, not much extension and speed on the pattern, particularly from Natalia, a bit out of synch with each other on step sequence in holds (my impression), powerful ending with pose. I am not a fan of that RD to be honest, it seems dated and generic to me, forced footwork being often off-time with the music. And Maksym - ditch that cleavage!!! 66,06 pts (1 out of 6)

Tweedale/Buckland - I like this RD for them, they are looking more sharp and gaining more speed with each outing. I think the choreo and music chosen suit them and they look comfortable performing. 61,41 pts (4 out of 7)

Kublikova/Hulitski - not very sharp/polished, cautious on elements, quite few bobbles in patter and step sequence. Still, good for them to gain experience in competitive environment, getting more gelled on performance. 52,55 pts (8 out of 8)

Bless you for the kind comments. But not a patch on their performance last week at the British. And she lost balance badly in the Twizzles. I see they were with Stefan from Barbara's camp in Milan in the K&C (and is he still Gaby's bf?) Novi people not showing up in Zagreb, they've got the JGPF in Vancouver.
