It's a silly mistake to make, but it's not really such a big deal. It's easy to fix, and it didn't cost him 1st. He might have won the FS with a good 3A, but Shoma's SP lead was big.

I like Rizzo´s skating a lot, but did not like the music so much (except "Paint it Black"). He is a terrific competitor, but should not have looked so disappointed now, because this is very early in the season. Better to peak at Europeans & Worlds. I´m glad that he tried a quad!!! It is different with the Russian skaters, they need to place well already now, because there are so many male skaters trying to get into Europeans & Worlds.

I must admit, I never paid Lazukin too much attention before, but I certainly liked what I saw.
Amazing what Florent did with Luc Economides, I'm already looking forward to seeing him next time.
