Evgenia should be crazy proud of herself regardless. There's nothing else she could've really done once Zagitova's PCs were spiked into that same range. They're both perfect 99% of the time and Zagitova's tech is stronger.

You know what, Eteri really seems to favor Med, and that alone makes me wanna root Alina from now on.

Alina looks so scares to win gold. But props to Evgenia, she is handling this so well. She's been a champion many times, and she will still go down in history as one of the legends. Olympics is one competition, Alina deserved this. But Evgenia is amazing so this doesn't mean anything less for her.

This was unsurprising & I'm not too upset, but I just feel nothing watching Alina. Evgenia completely drew me in & so did Kaetlyn. I hope Evgenia is determined to stick it out for 4 more years now.

At least Kaetlyn getting bronze makes up for some of my disappointment. She finally delivered when it mattered!

Wooooow. Evgenia gave it her all and laid it all on the ice. She is not my favorote skater, but I have immemse respect for what she has done in the last few seasons. A silver medal is nothing to sneeze at. Evgenia will be considered a legend.

The weight of Evgenia silver medal will be like Mao Asada's. Peerless.
