Mixed bag from Brendan. Seemed like as soon as he would get his feet underneath him, it would slip away from him again. He seems a little rougher around the edges this season, frankly. Maybe still adjusting to the coaching change. Good for him that he kept fighting for it all the way through.

That step sequence just ignored the musical highlights. But that was a very big 3A.

Lazukin is such a beautiful performer! I hope he keeps going in this direction and gets even stronger and more consistent this quad. I love watching him. I thought maybe it was his year this year. Hopefully soon.
