Okay, found the exact ruling on the start order for the US Championships in the rulebook:

"At the U.S. Figure Skating Championships only, the championship (senior) ladies, men’s and pairs short program and
championship (senior) short dance events will be drawn in two subgroups:

A. The skaters who receive automatic invitations (see rule 2515) will draw randomly from the first subgroup to skate
within the last two warm-up groups;

B. The remaining competitors will draw randomly from the second subgroup to skate in the remaining spots, including
any spots remaining in the last two warm-up groups."

I loved the comeback by Polina, but def the highlight of that first group for me was Angela. So smooth and connected, and her jumps (except the Axel) had nice pop.

Not live... my guess is they will show her SP either right away, or right before they go live... likely preempting some other lady. I suspect she will be shown unless she bombs, which i don't expect.
