She's a masterpiece!!! If she doesn't get 75+ PCS for this it's an outrage.

I like how jumps are spreaded in Satoko's programs. There is always another element after two jumping passes.
But there are two much arabesques in the program. Four if we count the micro one in steps sequence. The first three within the 2 first minutes.

Should be getting at least 72 pcs given the quality of skating and the interpretation.

All ISU videos instructing women skaters how to perform and interpret should be Satoko's programs. Just substitute Tonya Harding or Midori Ito for the jumps.

Satoko has such command of the ice. She doesn't get as high on her GOEs as other skaters. Is it because her jumps have not much amplitude?

But Satoko was made to jump the opposite way to how she would naturally due to the nature of crowded Japanese rinks. She should get props for that!

Why not? Touch the TES but give her all the PCS the way it should be. Honestly, if there ever was a skater who deserved like a 10 points difference between TES and PCS, it‘s Satoko…
