I like the program for Anastasia, but this was a disaster skate . She still has taping on her right knee, so there's definitely ongoing injury issues along with the war back in Ukraine.

I like this program concept for her, and she started to perform it a lot more after the 3+3. There were some empty moments that hopefully she and her choreographer can fill in throughout the season.

This is an extremely unique music choice that just screams Lara Naki, and I love the step sequence! I wish she'd stop going for the 3+3, because her 3F+2T combo is so solid and she normally gets rotation calls on her 3+3.

She did really well to get the combo on the 3F after she fell on the 1st 3T
