I don't think Shcherbakova/Goncharov would be third without the mistake actually. The spin wouldn't give them 8.5 pts. They lost a lot of levels on the review.

Khudaiberdieva was probably right about the spin. It's not in the protocol at all for some reason.

The ice feels so empty with only one skater after ID. People say the singles disciplines are less artistic, but I think it requires greater artistic talent to achieve an adequate presence.
