Arina Parsegova told Match TV how she combines pairs and singles skating.

Arina, have you long wanted to try yourself in pairs and singles skating, or how did this idea come about?

I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but I never got around to it because I was preparing for a singles competition and didn't attend pairs training, or something else. Now it's finally all worked out.

How did the coaches react to the idea of competing in two events?

Quite positive. They said that if I was ready, then we could try.

When you found out that Arina was going to compete in two events, how did you react?

Bogdanov: Quite calmly. I probably wished Arina only luck in combining it all. Arina is really great at combining both disciplines. That's really cool.

Well if Ds levels are based on rotations with her head below the skating knee, she did that at least twice but they only get level 2 despite also having the cannonball entry.

I like Parcegova much more in singles.
