I join this group. Some skaters/pairs just have "that something" more than some others.

The opening choreo elements and lifts felt a little tight and cautious for the Mrazeks, but it got better as the program went along. This wasn't as clean as we've seen from them at times, I think due to a combination of nerves and pushing too hard, but this program is very well arranged musically as well and they have great twizzles. I think getting this Olympic experience will be valuable for these two, they have a lot of potential but I feel like they weren't quite able to deliver up to their full potential at this event. They still look a bit junior on the ice, which is normal considering they moved up just a few seasons ago, and they have certainly grown as a team. Still, they avoided disaster in this FD, which is good news.

I know most people aren't a fan of these long skirts and no doubt they are a risk/safety hazard, but I have to say they can really add to the feel and aesthetics of the performance when well utilized.
