Has Mirai Nagasu had a growth spurt?

Just found two recent clips of Mirai Nagasu .

She seems to have had a big growth spurt and gained some weight.

That yellow dress would make even Qing Pang look fat, LOL! I see Mirai all the time and while she has grown a few inches, her weight is still in the same proportion to her height and she is still tiny. I have a 25.5" waist and her hips look about the size of my waist. However, she says her landing ankle still hurts. I would definitely attribute jump troubles to that before hypothesizing on anything else.
