Ladies skating 2018 and beyond

Someone mentioned that the schools could have field trips. My county has 142 elementary (k-6) schools but only one County run rink (there are 3 others for profir rinks). My kids school has 900 kids. That alot of kids to cycle through one rink. And my county (Fairfax County, VA) is one of the more affluent counties in the Country!

The issue here is accessability (or lack thereof).

it appears to me that Japanese ladies will run ahead in the long run. because of their attitude towards Figure skating and seems to have the best pipeline.
They have the biggest, supporting audience which means money and popularity and selection pool.
They shop around the globe to learn the best technology. seems does not have the arrogance. eager to learn even/especially from their rivals.
Also, their genetics seems help with longevity especially for ladies.
