Well Rika said her doctor gave her clearance to compete at the Challenge Cup despite her injury. She also mentioned that they intend to compete at Challenge Cup to get points for the world standings.

Well Rika said her doctor gave her clearance to compete at the Challenge Cup despite her injury. She also mentioned that they intend to compete at Challenge Cup to get points for the world standings.

That actually makes sense. She's only done one sr B this far and 250 more points for winning the Challenge Cup would mean she'd easily pass Tursy, Kostner and Tennell on the WS list and the last warm-up group at Worlds would be Alina+Kaori+Satoko+Rika+Bradie & one of Med/Kostner/Tursy, depending on who makes it to Worlds.
