Women's Artistic Gymnastics

in this video where Suni Lee gets her makeup done by Mario Dedivanovic she talks about her feelings on coming back to compete. there's been a lot of speculation saying she's most likely done, but she actually seems very middle of the road and says she feels she has a lot more to give, but isn't sure if she wants to give up her "normal" life now. i even saw on instagram a few days ago she posted an old video of her doing bars on her story saying she missed it. it will be interesting to see what she decides on!

I wonder if she would feel more motivated if Simone Biles commits to doing LA 2028. IDK if competing with just Andrade would be motivating enough for her.

i'd be extremely surprised if Simone comes back, but who knows. it would be fun to see a Suni/Rebecca rivalry.

And I’ve pretty much completely missed the entire season due to figure skating.

huge news, Katelyn Ohashi has announced a competitive comeback! i honestly had no idea this was coming as its been 13 years since she last competed in elite. and USAG is kinda hinting she may be competing at the US Classic this weekend! wow, i truly wish her the best and the healthy and fun experience she was robbed of previously. so excited for this.

Suni Lee announced a competitive comeback a couple weeks ago!!! i'm currently not on social media so i completely missed it and tbh i'm so surprised. i really thought she was done, but it sounds like she's chasing a redo on beam at the olympics. i also didn't realize she was only at 70% max in Paris because of her kidney disease, so if she stays healthy she's gonna be insanely good. i'm so excited and i'll be rooting for her! i could honestly see Simone coming back now too lol.

Actually I don't believe those comebacks.
A person can't believe everything they read in news or social media.

They do need to push the sport. People aren't paying attention.
She brought what fan base when competing along with Kaetlyn Oeshi.
I think move for media attention .
also for people that the powers to be don'tvwant others to knowctruth.
whatever reason they think that someone like i can't handle truth only lies

Like lying to peoplr helps
lying helps a person become a better person with personality o.
Do it for reactions

She has what she wants why comeback?

Have you guys watched the Commonwealth games ?
Ellie Black won the AA at 30 years old !
Lia-Monica Fontaine is a huge future star especially on vault.
Go Canada :)

Of course that's just the women. The men were even better. I never thought I'd see the day where gymnastics is the medal hauling sport for Canada at any sorts of game... even if Commonwealth games doesn't always have the biggest stars.

You beat me to it, regarding the 30-year-old Ellie Black :jump3::love4::scream:. I think what I really like watching her is that she's not some wispy waif. Solid muscle. Poster girl for what you can do without developing an eating disorder.

And I cheered on the men also. (Love those red and black buffalo-check shorts :hap10::love:)
