I remember reading this interview (from the different source though) a day or two after GPF, so it was probably done very shortly after it was over. I did not notice anything bad or unusual from what she was saying (although the title of the interview that was taken out of the context sounds bad). She confirmed my assumption that her LP was simply not yet ready, and that she never skated it clean entirely, and the fact that previous two times she skated this program not well made her even less confident. And that she is not yet in the shape she wants to be, and that's why she has to fight hard in the second half of LP. The good thing was that she told that since flip was so much downgraded in SP that means she needs to work on it more.

What worries me is that having 3 unsuccessful LPs in the row seriously affects her confidence towards this particular program. I really cannot imagine how she can do fine having such bad feelings about it, unless she takes time off the competitions to work more on this program and then does some small competitions/open skates, to skate it cleanly and to build confidence back. I don't understand why her team was procrastinating so long to choose the music for her LP, and why being not ready she still entered GP series. It ruins her youngster confidence early.

With google, sounds it's the same interview but shorter. Here it sounds like these statements were taken after her short. In the other link there are some more, and sounds they were taken after the GPF. I think they have put together two interviews in one. I don't know what these people are doing messing up wth interviews.
So, most probably the new costume she was talking about was the one in Barcelona? :think:

Click the reports (judges detailed scores) on the far right of any discipline that you're interested in. Each event be it Russian Nationals, Euros, US Nationals, GPF, etc... has its own thread and there is a red link that says RESULTS. By clicking the results you will have access to any protocols. If you ever have questions about the scoring feel free to ask. I've obsessed over scoresheets and ISU rules for some time now
