Hopefully not, though I guess some of it is unavoidable. And if the Fed goes on inflating his scores like today, that will of course end-up causing some backlash, even if people understand why they do it. It's the same that happens with Illia, they may deserve to win but unsustainable crazy scores tend not to fly too well in the end
Though of course, Petr's case is a bit different because of what is at stakes at the Olympics. RusFed will "help" as much as possible Petr and Adelia with local scores, as that is the only way they might get some sort of "reputation" for Milan. I guess people can understand that this is what the Fed "has to do" and that's why, except big meltdowns, falls or "too big to hide" mistakes, they'll on all odds both be National champs with big scores, etc, but of course this is quite a tricky situation to handle....
