Agree! She worked well on her prerotations (not as much anymore like in the past) and it just so flows well. :agree:

Ahhh nooo...hopefully they'll address as the season goes along...? I always did think that transition from the Steven Universe music to La La Land in last season's SP was kind of random...:hopelessness:

Edit: The stream is over so I'm assuming that the men's practice is over? Watch the replay while you can! I'm also already shook by Junhwan's FP. Skipped a lot of jumps and choreography, but man that stuff in the beginning is the making of a wonderful program. His 3A still though lol.

Also rip Jinseo's knees. I really like June-hyoung's FP too. You cannot go wrong with Bohemian Rhapsody.

Comparing to Nahyun, I'm not sure for this choice for Dabin, I think it kinda overpoweres her already and the transition of music is kinda awkward but as long as she's confident in it, she will be good!

I'm really feeling Junehyoung's Bohemian Rhapsody. Loving the choreography on it.

Junhwan's The Planets has such great music cuts and it's looking great too. And while there were quite a lot of parts I loved (the knee slide! :luv17 I think I need to see it complete to fully appreciate it, though. Loving his landings on those triples.

As for the ladies.... wow. They are on fire. I see Yelim is using the Alina backloading strategy too.

Eunsoo is looking gorgeous and has the right attitude for the program, cant wait to see the program develop (love Mai's stsq more for now )
i like 1st half of Young's program, hopefully will like it more during season cause pirates is one of my favourite movies :luv17:

Eunsoo looks brilliant and I look forward to seeing that program in its entirety. Misha's done a wonderful job.
Young You is FLYING through her jumps- this is going to be a great season for her,
Yelim has confirmed to me that La La Land works for figure skating, whether for singles or for dance. Parts of that program just sounded like a piano concerto cadenza! And my goodness, is her layout ever ambitious.
It's a pity about Soyoun's jumps, because her skating is so beautiful and lyrical. I hope she gets them back soon.
Nahyun's program suits her- is it just me or has her skating gotten bigger? I look forward to seeing this on the GP circuit.
Not the biggest fan of Dabin's music- I think it's very big and I'm not sure she has the personality to be able to convey the program.
Junhwan's music cuts are nice- and he didn't use the slow section of Jupiter! What a surprise! It looks like he has two quads planned at least, so here's hoping.

I LOVE Si hyeong's outfit!! Also, so happy to see Nahyun back and smiling. She's really expressive and I think the routine itself was good. Have to agree about Dabin's music overpowering her, but maybe I'm so used to weird music cuts that I actually didn't think they were too weird. More than anything else I'm happy that she's on the ice and smiling at the press conference.:sad4: In love with So youn's skating so I hope she gets her jumps back.

My fave Yunkyung's FS is also looking SO GOOD! Her skating has gotten so much better since last year and her body's expressiveness has also gotten so much more fluid. Also her jumps are just so gorgeous with those rippons and air positions.:hap85: I don't know when I've gotten so attached, but I love her already.:luv17:

Ladies...

Hanul Kim: You really can never count Hanul out. She has nice jumps and spins (especially the layback) and her program looks pretty good too!
Eunsoo Lim: She is on fire and totally ready. Even though she skipped the jumps in the first half, she still looks to be in fantastic shape. I really like the program, but the very first piece has too much percussion for my taste.
Yelim Kim: While the music cut is a bit weird towards the end, I think this program will work for her. Not a fan of the backloading, but I can't blame her for doing it. She looks great technically, so I hope she works on her presentation skills too.
Dabin Choi: Well, I'm disappointed in Dabin's program the most out of anyone else here. Dabin has had a history of not-good (bad seems too harsh) programs (especially her 2015-16 SP ), so her programs last season were a big step up (I loved her FS). But her FS here seems to be a step back down. Hopefully they can tweak this program just like they did last season.
Young You: I think working with Shae-Lynn Bourne was a great idea! This is a great program and I think it will make a big impact internationally.
Nahyun Kim: I'm so sick of Scheherazade, but the music fits Nahyun's style very well, so I like the program. I hope that Nahyun can come bouncing back out this season.
Soyoun Park: I don't like or dislike that she is bringing back her previous FS. But her jumps seem to be failing her for real now, so I'm really worried...
Yun Kyung Kam: Like Yelim, she needs to work on her presentation, but so far everything else looks great (AND THAT LAYBACK ). She'll definitely be someone to watch out in the junior field.
Suh Hyun Son: Not a fan of this Les Miserables program, but she is a nice skater to watch. I hope she can finally make a statement this season.
So Hyun Ahn: What a nice surprise! It looks like she's in a good condition. She is such a lovely skater, so I hope that she can finally step it up this season.

Men...(haven't watched everyone)

Jun Hwan Cha: My thoughts about the program are quite opposite of everyone else. I don't know why, but it's a little empty in my opinion, and it's not working for me at the moment. Maybe seeing it in a competition later on might help.
Jinseo Kim: Seems like he was focusing on the 4T more than going through the actual program. Anyways, I like the parts we were able to see. Jinseo has always been such a nice skater to watch.
June Hyoung Lee: This program is so weird but I'm totally into it!

Her mother passed away recently. There was a report that she could not practice skating for a while.
