D - Not for OWG Qualification

Good luck again to Kana & Chris!!! :cheer::cheer:

I'm not sure if I ever be brave enough to visit here or to open the results page tomorrow though... :drama:

Oh gross, Dance finishes before 6 AM Eastern time. Yeah that's not happening. I'll edit the qualifiers when I get up but I don't think I'll be able to get myself awake for even the last group (I could but I wouldn't even be able to pay attention).

6 Olympic spots are up for grabs, after Denmark returned their spot. Here's a link to my Olympic Spot tracking thread.

And here's how the race looked by the end of the SD:

Great Britain
Japan
Germany
Lithuania
Finland
Slovakia

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to watch any skating today because there is so much motorsport on this weekend.

The live stream (due to start in 2h from now) on Daily Motion is the same as the past few days:

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5zvn3q

If you have problems with Daily Motion, the livestream is also embedded at the bottom of this page on the DEU's website:

https://www.eislauf-union.de/events/nebelhorn-trophy

EDIT: The DEU page is working again after being down yesterday.

Here is the time schedule:

http://www.isuresults.com/results/season1718/csger2017/csger2017_IceDance_FD_TimeSchedule.pdf

And here is the livescoring:

:cheer: ALL THE BEST EVERYBODY!!! :cheer:

I feel so sorry for the Danish pair. They are so talented, she represents Denmark for quite some time and yet there are not able to perform at the Olympics. It's not fair.

H-L/Mck... well much smoother and better than the last time I saw this. The one-armed lift didn't make me clutch my pearls, so to speak. They just really need to work on basics. Stroking stroking stroking. It's what Hawayek and Baker did last year, and the results were palpable.

Realised just in time that the first 2 groups will be finished by the time the World Superbikes Qualifying starts. So, I'll be here until the interval.

Good start to the competition from the Australian representatives. As I said after the first Pairs partnership yesterday, if the partnership in penultimate position after the Short is this good, it bodes well for the rest of the competition! ;)

Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Same thing for the Swedes. Basics, basics, basics. They don't really use their knees, so they're not getting speed or any depth of edges. The Aussies were better at that than the Swedes are right now.
