Fiona/Gabriel are in warmup group 2 who will have practice slot between 12:30-1pm on Fri. Jan. 12. This time is exactly overlapping with Senior Women Short last flight, which Fiona will compete in! I'm just curious why she has to compete in both events? Feels like she could be exhausted which might impact both performances. I know Lia Pereira did the same in last year's Nationals. I still think Lia might be able to do better if she was concentrating on pairs event last year.

I also kind of wonder about Bombardier. Why start pairs when she got a senior bronze in her senior women’s debut?

Maybe she fell in love with pairs at some point? like a tryout just for fun? or lifelong fascination? :)

Does the audio and video look a bit out of sync for Kaitlyn and Kirsten's intro to anyone else?

Hey, I'm seeing a few improvements in T-M/V, the throw and sbs Axels were much better today. Still, she's a much stronger skater in my opinion, and it was very obvious in the StSq.

I am watching the French language feed, but missed the beginning

@4everchan do you know who are the commentators? Is the man Charlie Bilodeau (I believe he was doing the junior pairs).

Choosing Movement as your music is an automatic win in my books, so there's that. 😁 This was better than at Challenge, even if their weaknesses are still there, they've just improved them a little bit

What's going on with Caidence and Raine? They started the season so strongly, but have been struggling more and more with each competition :(

Messy, as to be expected from a fairly new team. What they did well, they did quite well, and what they did badly, they did quite badly. It's ok, better luck next time :console:
