noo i just joined and missed brekens skate

Pretty bad skate. Fell on the opening triple flip which was downgraded, fell out of the double axle which also was probably a quarter short, and then the Lutz was probably under rotated by at least a quarter but she hung on and added a double toe.

I typically love the Carpenters and I like the song We've Only Just Begun, but the music so far has all been so monotonous, depressing emo-style terrible that I need something in a different vein...

She does have a lovely presence on the ice though, and it's a nice program.

I don't feel they are slow, but I was just watching Junior men from the middle of the ranking, so...

it's good to hear that from someone watching from the rink.

I didn’t recognize her with the long hair. I was worried she was going to fall on the combo. She just needs to be close to 50 to be in contention for a Nationals spot

Monica fell on 2 jumps and was pretty slow and cautious in everything...probably not enough to make nationals Im guessing

I am a bit weirded out that the marquis event at challenge this year is Senior women . Is this Canada ? LOL

I mean, there were always more Canadian women in any category but it was our weakest event apart for a couple years when Daleman and Osmond (with Chartrand) were fighting it off...

Combo and loop were wonky but I still thought it was good. Go Kaiya!

Kaiya did well to hold onto the second half of the combo. Last season that would have been a fall.

Kaiya's jumps didn't really work out but everything else was improved... level 4 on everything.. and she performed so well on this music.. she has the timeless look for this musical era

Under rotated both jumps on the flip toe combo. Went for triple triple but the flip was possibly on the quarter with very little speed going in or out and the toe was way under and double-footed. Axel was fine, though landed it pretty much at a standstill, and she stepped out of the loop (I think...)

The program went by really fast though.

Kaiya was off tonight, the combo look flip on the Q and toe ur , not a good skate for her
