I could watch Amy skate all day, I can't believe I only discovered her this year, I should have paid more attention to Canadian skating last year I think she is coming back from injury? She did a good job for where shes at

I think I know why I find everyone slower... the camera is too close.

Why in the score box that Uliana is still in the leader ? It's Kaiya the leader so they need to change the score box ?

They show the leading TES of the short/free in it, not the overall leader. That's why it's Uliana.

Yep, totally. She was pretty much facing backward on the landing of that 2-footed triple toe.

Kaiya got a high score for what she did tonight even at last year national in the SP she have skate a better SP and was score lower ...

If Amy got a << on her loop, how on rarth did Kaiya only get a < on the back end of her combo? That triple toe was far more under rotated...

Amy is really beautiful to watch live, it's a shame that her weakness is her tendacy to Q her jump, because she have everything else to be a good skater

Yeah, I was pretty shocked. The program is nice, but she is pretty slow throughout, so it's not like her PCS would be through the roof. Still, that bodes well for her I suppose going into nationals.

Do we know what Maddie is doing for her short program yet? I know the Lion King is out for the Olympics unless Skate Canada is going to help her out with the licensing fees, but I find it hard to believe she would ditch the original short program for one competition and then go back to it...

Yup. She scored just over 170 last year.
When she is on, she is a beauty.

She is also our only senior lady that hasn’t been sent to an event outside CAN/USA, despite scoring over 166 at Challenge last season. She also scored over 166 this season at a USA domestic event. She came second to Maddie and scored 167. Our best senior lady to never get an international assignment

Uliana must be happy that the score box is still displaying her TES score. It means she's remembered throughout the competition
