Sofiia is a promising young skater - she had some really good moments and has presence as a performer. She doesn't give up either. Starts out like a stalking panther, and has some neat body movement into the 3Lz‑2T, gliding on one leg, with the other foot resting on her knee. She gets good height on the entry to her flying sit spin. I appreciate the footwork before the 3Lo, and her constant use of her whole body in her choreo sequence.

Miriama. Pretty blue dress. Great cartwheel. Good skate in front of home crowd.

A fun skate by Miriama. Super pretty dress, and so sparkly, which emphasises her rippon arms. Interesting hand on head in her ch combo spin - and cartwheel exit. She skates very positively into her jumps, though she loses the speed on her landings. A packed choreo sequence ‑ twizzles to open, knee side into fan spiral, jump, and another knee slide to finish.

Oh she wore the same dress yesterady to Interstellar. It's a nice one so why not Great job!

A beautiful skate by Evelina, so much attention to the whole performance. Lovely opening, with all the details of the choregraphy well executed. I like the raised leg and port de bras after the 2A-3T. She has so many details in between the jumping and spin elements - twizzles, Ina Bauer, that spread eagle out of the fly ch combo spin, the leap after her solo 2A.

Evelina impressed me yesterday, and she did so well again today. Nice, big jumps with straight air position and strong lines.
Of course, still work to be done on speed and flow and presentation, but good JGP debut.

Noemi has a lovely soft back and arms - that Ina Bauer before her ch combo spin! - and seems to float, she is so smooth across the ice. She is clearly technically proficient as well, most of her jumps and spins getting positive GOEs, and spins hitting the level 4s. That skate was a pleasure to watch.

I have rejoined in time for a lovely skate from Noemi Joos! That also means that Alice Smith will be soon, and I've made it in time for her.

Hello finally off work and able to see some skating!

A mixed bag for Ekaterine, but she was committed to that programme throughout. Nice 2A to get started, after the pantomime. Unfortunate about the flips not working out, but she isn't outwardly fazed and gets the 3Lo-2T-2A done straight after. She comes back from the 3Lo fall as well and lands the next jumps, good job. Another detailed choreo sequence, which I enjoyed, and she strikes that ending pose with flair.
