After my third shot, I had a spectacular red patch on my arm that lasted for a couple of weeks. Otherwise, it was about like the first two.
Difference could have been because first two were Pfizer, third Moderna; or it could have been how it was injected; or it could have been a stronger immune response to the third shot, which has been observed in immunocompromised people. I was eligible for shot #3 because I am considered ic.
My husband also had 2 Ps and an M, and his reactions were pretty much the same for all shots.
