That's an incredibly lame excuse. I see Nathan's face everywhere much more than hers & I can't imagine him whining about missing training time.
it has never been SO obvious how ashley was held down in components. i want to cry for her...how unfair.
Same. Tbh, I still think they shouldn't send Bradie, doesn't matter that she won. On an international stage she's nothing. Ashley stands more of a chance. (along with Mirai and Karen)
Ash just won worlds silver...think these skaters will be on a worlds podium?
She won silver 2 years ago and no one can honestly say that Ashley in 2017-2018 season is as good as she was at 2016 Worlds.
Lol.
I honestly think Karen was the most held up skater of this competition
I guess that 4th place at last years worlds carries far more weight then the many many underrotated jumps and poor results she displayed this season![]()

she reminds me more of early Kimmie Miesner. Lanky jumping bean with great consistency but not amazing artistry. Worked out well for Kimmie at Worlds 2006. Not that I think Bradie will win Worlds this year, but I think too 5 is a possibility. We have another Rachel Flatt as National Champion.
It’s more that the USFSA is trying to send a message to the world. “We have a new girl! Technically sound like those little Russian girls! She WON our championships.” Having mirai win tonight wouldn’t send that message. The usfsa is really trying to push for bradie.
Good grief, that would be a scandal for the ages.

Will Bradie pull a Wagner face at the Olympics when she sees her scores?![]()

The Wagner situation reminds me of the two years Abbott was pushed off the world team, in the sense the PCS scoring wouldn't be replicated in any international comp.

Exactly... the same crap over and over... it is stupid, political, federation meddling and and nothing to do with what went on the ice. Let them skate, treat them with respect, mark them equally, consistently, no preferences.
