But international judges give huge GOE for cheated quad flips with huge prerotation, not rotated, blade assistance

As I said, I am not talking about technique. I'm talking about the visual look of a jump. Almost all of the top male Russian quad jumpers have scratchy, slow landings, often with posture problems on top of it, which is a very sharp contrast to the top Japanese skaters for example, who mostly have very flowy, soft landings.

Both groups have technique problems on the take-offs, not necessarily all skaters, and not necessarily the same ones, but very few skaters have "pure" techniques at this point. Also, I did not see you complaining when a certain Russian skater with a similar Flip technique was getting similarly high GOEs on her 3F - For exactly the same reason: Flowy, beautiful landings.
