Shoma's non-jumping skating reminds me of a dancer that's normally pretty good, but he's trying to make 'art' work on ice and isn't quite making it look natural :unsure: The potential is there, but it doesn't feel organic.

Shoma, finally.

He always does so well in this programme, too bad it has to be his most boring and empty one ever. Skate your SP well instead Shoma!!

There are some absolutely gorgeous parts of Shoma's free. Side eye on the 4F GOE. Also I think he needs more energy during the Presto. Should be awesome toward the end of the season

Thank you for at least standing up, Shoma! Just a few step-outs on the 4T+REP and 3S, but solid +3/+4s all across the board for every other element. This program is very open and rather uncomplicated but I guess that works for gathering speed and jump GOE, so that's what the system gets.

I held my breath for the whole performance. Well done Shoma, it wasn't his best, but he hung on.
