Judges really wanted P/C to win. They would have atleast been given a costume deduction if they were any other team. And as for B/S, it helps to skate in the final group cause otherwise they would have been below C/B even W/P and not been given higher PCS than H/D. Bobrova's bad posture alone always makes this team unenjoyable to watch for me.

Placements are for the most part, right, imo. I would personally switch H/D and S/S, but the story was told by the levels at the end of the day.

Love P/C, but really dubious (?) about their PCS score. It seems suspicious that they'd come out ahead of V/M on PCS particularly given the costume malfunction, which we all know tightens up the skaters since they're trying to keep it together. Thought the gap should be bigger between P/C and V/M, but apart from that, pretty happy with the event! Also props to C/L, skated out of their skin - so, so happy for them

Sad that an event with such quality skates is sooooo predictable. When World Records are nothing special anymore, or even expected!

Sorry, but B/S were underscored. Well, their FD is absolutely fab, but we know already that nobody will care.

To sum it up for me: The (ice dancing) world needs a bit more Piper & Paul! Love these guys.

And I score the Russian fans 100 points again!!!

PC got a higher PCS than VM? That skate was a bit of a mess. She was completely distracted (for good reasons outside of her control) and had to continuously make moves to keep her dress on. Her entire body language was stiff because of it. The PCS should not be that high.

I know right? I mean Chock and Bates are so pleasant to watch and they did get most of their levels. I find it insulting that Bobrova with her disgusting tongue stuck out in the middle of a seq. got more PCS than Maddie and Evan :/
