This is a commonsense post. I'm not certain how far in advance rosters for the team event must be submitted, but if memory serves, the federation doesn't have to submit rosters for both segments before the event starts. There are two separate roster submissions, and the second one comes after the first events are finished. Is that your recollection? So much talk about the team event but the reality is that you don't get to strategize when you only got one man and one woman. You also don't get to swap out Deanna and Max when Lia and Trennt have been so inconsistent.
Can you swap Piper and Paul will LaLa ? Probably only for the Free dance, if Canada is not going to win a medal and just wants to rest Piper and Paul. I doubt that Fournier-Beaudry and Cizeron would do the team event or its Free Dance portion as France is unlikely to contend for a medal with how weak their pairs and women are... So that's one team that wouldn't beat the Canadians in the Free Dance... but the Italians, if they don't perform perfectly well and Canada does a bit better than expected would be in race with Canada for the bronze (and maybe with Georgia too) so there is no way you can send your dance team number 2... even if it's a high quality team like LaLa.
So, first day, is easy... your man, your woman, Piper and Paul and Deanna and Max
Second day, your man, your woman and then if Canada is still in the race, you have to send the top teams again. If Canada is out, you can send you team number 2 and rest Piper and Paul and Deanna and Max for their individual events.
Not rocket science... It took me much longer to type it than to understand it.
like most of my postsThis is a commonsense post.

She got 6 <s and 1 Q. and yes only the two salchows and the first 2a were correctly rotatedNice skate... unfortunately I think only the salchow was fully rotated. She has a way of under rotating by close to half a turn and yet not falling...
140.95. Just ahead of Jade by less than a point. Could be crucial.MFD (not the star dancer./coach but this skater lol) rotates so slowly... good she manages to do her jumps for the most part but she will never get high GOEs on them.
Good calls. I could see the unders. She got 6 <s and 1 Q. and yes only the two salchows and the first 2a were correctly rotated
has to be a time violation since there are no F on the protocols.Last year 150 was good enough for 8th place at Challenge. I sure hope Breken makes it to nationals. She also got a deduction 1- I am assuming time violation?
