That's what I like about the first group of men, there's no stress in watching them compete for Championship spots. Although the only ones really competing for it here are Anthony and Grayson since Aleksa and Roman are pretty much guaranteed 4CC.

I have never seen Brian Chiem before, and I am impressed.

Maybe because finally some peppy music (weird, but peppy), and energetic step sequence.

He did his own choreo??? Kudos

I didn't know Brian choreographed this himself. He really gets into the step sequence for it.

Alec is a pleasing skater to watch, but I can't see him being anywhere other than last with the 3A fall and an invalid 2Lz.

For some, the season is all about making it to nationals. Once there, they just enjoy. Considering he was happy in the KnC, mission accomplished for Antoine

Too much "Je Dors", not enough Mozart. Elegant skater and lovely costume, but not the skate he wanted. Hard falls are never fun.

I've just realised that David Li could also force himself into junior worlds contention if he does really well. David B, David L, Anthony and Grayson are probably the options. Eddy and David H don't have the minimums.

I found it ridiculous yesterday when Kevin and Ted were saying that a jr. world’s spot was on the line for Davey Howes when he can’t go because he doesn’t have the minimum scores. If you’re commentating, you should know this information!

I forgot John Kim. I think he has the minimums too. He's inconsistent, though, particularly in the free.
