Nice opening combo for Quinn, 2A-eu-3S? Fall on one of her toe jumps, wobble on another. Nice loop, good fight on some of the landings. And she's got a cheer squad (I think one of them is Breken :) ) Hamilton's doing well with their women with Breken and now Quinn.

She should be on NextGen for next season. 93.52 for the free, 149.80 total into first.

Yes. Love her opening eu 3S combo.
She is in the same club as Breken. They both just love to skate.
Quinn’s free skate here was not as good as in Quebec. But, 149.97 in Quebec followed by 149.80 in Ontario, shows consistency.

Victoria - very confident, did have a fall on the -2T of her first combo. Popped one of her jumps in the second half into a single. She looks a little disappointed in some of the mistakes, but that's what these competitions are for. 96.37 for the free, total 155.52 for the win.

This is Victoria!! A hard worker who is looking to not make mistakes. Better here, than at JGP. Also, this score is still better than the rest of eligible junior girls from Canada. I hope that by surpassing the 155 benchmark twice, that they give her two JGP spots for this season.

Summer and Nik also a wonderful free dance. Summer is really improving on the twizzles but still tentative. But like Charlie and Cayden there is great connection and watchability. Something that not all teams have. Score of 94.55! Wow

Missed Victoria but again was impressed with Quinn. She is like a cat on the attack. So focused.

Shilling/Baeten - L'enfer by Stromae, I think she had a fall when I glanced away. Not really liking the song choice for them (or anyone at this point) 80.45 for the FD, total 133.36

If you have Twitter (X), people have uploaded videos of Gabby's programs from the US competition a few weeks ago. Also, there were uploads yesterday of some of the pairs, dancers and girls who skated yesterday. So if anyone wants to catch some programs that are hidden behind a stream paywall, Twitter is the place to go. The only issue is, sometimes you get a glimpse of figure skating twitter (fstwt) drama between different fandoms

Are the videos from this competition? Did you see any of M/K, Kaiya, Victoria, and Minsol?

Roberts/Bosquet - Great Gatsby with voiceover. 82.3, total 137.27

Korneva/MacDonald - The Leftovers soundtrack, I like their twizzles. 91.53, total 147.77 into first.

Final warm-up group on the ice.

Go Hensen/Lickers!!!

Think they were only filming the seniors and were there in person, so I've seen SP videos of Riku Miura/Ryuichi Kihara (is that M/K?), Kaiya, Gabby and Minsol. And yes, its the August Sectional Series. The twitter account I'm seeing this on is @ n0lancarney

Ritter/Brykalov - I liked their free dance the most of the teams so far, I felt like they had power on the ice. 97.19 for the free, total 156.18 into first with three to go.

Robinson/Portz - handstand lift was cool, I wish their were replays so I could see their twizzles again. I like their slide at the end. Nicely done, Ontario please remember that they need to be in the 160s for a Challenger. I don't think Scott Moir has left the boards for this group, they're all his skaters. 101.11 for the free, total 164.19. Give them a Challenger (y)
