Probably a dumb question, but does the lv4 twizzles for both men & women has a higher BV in the RD than in the FD?
I noticed that in RD the BV is 7.34 but in FD it's only 6.84 IIRC? Is the goal to emphasize that the twizzle is the most important element in the RD?

There are actually two kinds of twizzles, synchronized and sequential. In the synchronized, they do a couple of steps and touch between the first and second twizzle. That may be the difference.

not dumb.

SQ twizzles (sequential) in the rd

SY twizzles in the fd

they have different features, for instance in the SQ they cannot touch after the first set
