I don't agree with Piper that a wide-open mouth equals good expression. There, I've said it ... I've thought it too long to suppress any longer!

But maybe the judges look at their feet.

And Piper and Paul respond in spectacular fashion of their own. Loved the changes in the program. I love this program. I know that's somewhat controversial. It's just so sophisticated and unexpected at every turn. I LOVE the choreographic tango part. Everything.

well it's my first double perfect too...and i also cactused women so bad, but i got a surprise bronze in men...

Agreed. It seems to be what is expected in ice dance, though. Our juniors seem to get taught it. It always looks fake to me.

I wanted Marjorie and Zachary to break it so that Piper and Paul could break it a few minutes later. I'll take all the record breaking fun this year, thank you judges.

Piper's expression doesn't bother me. I find her very emotive and wonderful in that respect.

In truth I'm far more distracted by Marjorie Lajoie's tendency to mouth the words of the song (a complete no-no in dance).

And I LOVE both of these teams, to be clear.

Yes, I have full marks in pairs and dance, but men and ladies I was miles out. I think I just have 40 in each of those.

Yeah, I majorly cactused Women, too, and messed up an otherwise decent score.
